A range of design decisions across the masterplan ensure inclusivity — from social spaces and flexible homes to the balance of scale and massing, the design allows residents to maximise their social life within a safe and green environment.

The house layouts are designed to be flexible, allowing for adaptation specific to the resident’s needs and requirements.
