Ltd Company Announcement

With effect from 1 October 2016 the existing partnership of Anderson Bell + Christie will transfer its business, together with all assets and liabilities, to a new limited company, Anderson Bell + Christie Ltd, owned by Adam Bell and Stephen Lamb.

Our commitment to delivering a first class service to our clients remains unaffected. This development simply reflects a change to our corporate structure and will not affect any business arrangements with us or any of the services which we provide. The background to the change is our determination to become an employee owned business in 2017 and becoming a limited company will facilitate this. We believe that a move to employee ownership will ensure our long term ability to provide an excellent service to our clients and allow our employee owners to continue producing architectural work of a high quality.
