SPA (Scottish Procurement Alliance) Framework

We have been successfully appointed to supply combined consultancy services of SPA’s framework agreement for consultancy in all regions of Scotland until 31 December 2023.

SPA is the leading independent provider of technical product advice and procurement solutions. Their free to use procurement frameworks help local authorities, public educational establishments and other public sector bodies make more informed choices about the products and services they need for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of housing, community buildings, schools, colleges and other public buildings.

About this Framework:
This free to use, fully OJEU compliant framework agreement is divided into twelve consultancy services.  The framework offers consultancy services for the following types of building:

·Individual dwellings – houses and flats

·Houses in multiple occupation

·Residential blocks – low rise, medium rise and tower blocks

·Residential homes including those with vulnerable persons

·Student accommodation

·Commercial office buildings

·Education buildings

·Healthcare buildings

·Community Buildings

·Other properties owned or managed by a public body

The framework was tendered under 5 different regions across Scotland. Each region was assessed individually and the companies appointed have demonstrated the competence and experience to undertake the supplies and services required. We have been appointed to service all regions in Scotland with combined consultancy services. For the combined consultancy service, companies were required to be able to offer all services on the framework, either directly or through sub-contractors.
