High Craigends

A residential development of thirty new homes for rent, designed for those with special needs, including amenity flats for more able, elderly people, together with three bespoke new homes for profoundly disabled people with very specific needs.

These flats incorporate sliding screens dividing the kitchen and living space, wetrooms, hoists, carers’ bedrooms and level access to sheltered gardens.

All new homes are designed for minimal energy use and feature renewable timber cladding.  This project was completed within a very tight deadline, as some tenants with profound disabilities were long-term hospital patients because of a lack of suitable accommodation.  

Tenant satisfaction is high, with a survey showing that 99% of residents are happy with their accommodation.
